Quotes owned by third parties are provided under fair use principles or applicable licenses. We may modify or remove content upon valid rights-holder requests.

High-volume automated requests, reverse engineering, security probing, or similar abuse

Posting or distributing unlawful content, misinformation, or rights-infringing material

Any activity that imposes abnormal server load or unauthorized commercial exploitation

Quotes and comments are for general inspiration and do not constitute medical, legal, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckyHeals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of California, USA.

However, if you reside in the European Union, consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.

If you reside in South Korea, mandatory consumer protection laws of South Korea may apply.

For disputes, we encourage informal resolution via email first. If unresolved, claims may proceed according to applicable local laws. For U.S. residents, exclusive venue is in courts located in San Francisco, CA, USA.
