🎯 Purpose
He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.

When things get really tough, your 'why' is what carries you through. Hold onto that reason — it's stronger than any obstacle life throws at you.

Have you ever felt like you were wandering through a thick, heavy fog where every step felt like a struggle? Friedrich Nietzsche’s profound words, He who has a why to live can bear almost any how, speak directly to that feeling of being lost. To me, this quote means that purpose is the anchor we drop into the stormy seas of life. When we have a clear reason to keep going—a dream, a loved one, or even a small daily mission—the hardships we face suddenly feel less like insurmountable walls and more like hurdles we are capable of jumping over.

In our everyday lives, the 'how' often shows up as exhaustion, stress, or unexpected setbacks. It is easy to get bogged down by the logistics of survival, the endless to-do lists, and the tiny frustrations that accumulate. However, when we lose sight of our 'why,' these small things start to feel heavy enough to crush us. But when we reconnect with our purpose, the weight of the struggle becomes much more manageable because we know that the struggle is leading us somewhere meaningful.

I remember a time when I felt quite overwhelmed, much like a little duckling caught in a sudden downpour. I was trying to manage so many different tasks and felt like I was just spinning my wheels without any direction. It was during one of those quiet, rainy afternoons that I sat down to reflect on why I do what I do. I realized my 'why' was the simple joy of connecting with all of you through these words. Once I remembered that my purpose was to offer a bit of warmth and comfort, the rainy day didn't feel so gloomy anymore. The work was still there, but the heaviness had lifted because the meaning had returned.

We all need to find that spark, that deep-seated reason that makes the difficult days worth it. It doesn't have to be a grand, world-changing mission; sometimes, your 'why' is simply to be a good friend, to care for a pet, or to finish a book you love. When the road gets bumpy, take a moment to look back at your compass and remember what you are walking toward.

Today, I want to encourage you to sit quietly for just a few minutes and ask yourself: What is my why? Even if you cannot find the answer immediately, just the act of looking for it can start to light the way through the fog.
